On Thursday evening, September 17th, 6:30 to 10:30 pm, Artisan will host the ARTe-Gras party in the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton of Santa Fe. Fat Tuesday, a very popular New Orleans style band, will be performing dinner music, then providing dance music as the evening progresses.  Only $35 per person.  Attendance is limited so sign up quickly.  If you're registering for classes, you can register for dinner tickets during the registration process. Fat Tuesday

This annual kick-off event will feature the Expo artists who will be teaching workshops and seminars. This will be a great chance to meet and mingle with your favorite artists. The manufacturers having booths will also be in attendance and can answer any questions you have about your material needs. Included will be a New Mexico fiesta buffet dinner featuring quesadillas, taquitos, tamales, empanadas, chips and chile con queso.  A cash bar will also be available.
